School
for
Monsters

Today is Victor's first day at Miss Frankie’s School For Monsters. Unfortunately, Victor is not a monster. He is caught by the principal, Miss Frankie, and taken to detention with two other students, Rocky and Scout. Miss Frankie tells Victor to prove he is a monster before detention is over or he will be kicked out of the school. Victor asks Rocky and Scout to help him build a machine that will change him into the perfect monster. Will they be able to finish the machine before detention is over and Miss Frankie returns?

The Talent Show

Today is the 5th Annual English Village Talent Show!
Winning a talent show is a big deal!
If you win, everyone cheers for you and you get a big prize...but there can only be one winner! Today four competitors will try to win - Reese who is very nervous and might be too scared to perform, Jordan who is overjoyed to compete, Charlie who looks too tired to even stay awake, and Kendall, who has won every year and will do anything they can to win again!
Although talent shows start fun, with so much pressure, they can quickly turn into chaos! Will everyone get along? Who will win?

Serena's Magical Island

Serena is a witch whose job is to make sure her magical island is safe. One day Ugo the sea monster finds Serena's island and uses an evil spell to create a
storm that will slowly steal all of Serena's magic and give it to herself. Ugo’s powerful storm also causes a
nearby ship to crash onto the island. On the ship are Otis and his friend Alex, a pair of explorers on a quest to find the Ultimate Treasure. The explorers meet
Serena, but Otis and Serena do not get along. The pair quickly realizes that the only way to get what they want and go back to their normal lives is to team up and make a potion that will destroy Ugo.

Will they be able to work together and make the potion before Ugo takes all of the island’s magic?

Our Mission

EMK serves to offer education through English theatrical immersion. We use theatre that is creative, visual, visceral, and fun as an active tool to engage students in practicing their English comprehension and application in a low-pressure environment without the structure of a traditional classroom. We seek to foster creativity, develop emotional intelligence, and explore a variety of diverse perspectives through the stories and characters we create.
